Pastoral Team

Lead Pastors

Jason and Charity Rose

Jason grew up in Muskogee, where his dad faithfully served as the pastor of M1A for 35 years. After attending Evangel University, Jason returned home to serve at M1A for four years before moving to Maryland to become a worship pastor. In 2012, he married Charity which is truly a love story worth the wait. Together, they served as pastors for 12 years. Jason never imagined he’d return to his hometown, let alone become the lead pastor of M1A. But God is sovereign, and His ways are always higher and better than ours. Charity currently serves as the M1A Youth pastor. Jason and Charity have two sons, Elliot and Ian. They love spending time together reading and traveling.

Children’s Pastor

Bethany Crow

Bethany serves as the Children’s Pastor at M1A Kids. She is married to Kevin and together they have been blessed with three incredible children. She has served in children's ministries since she was twelve years old. After high school she moved from Nebraska to Oklahoma and jumped into a two-year internship to in children’s ministry. She became a minister with the Assemblies of God at the conclusion of her internship and is now ordained.

As years passed, she acquired a degree in early childhood teaching and social work. She loves helping children build the foundation of the Faith. Storytelling, puppets, object lessons, crafts, art, and music are all tools she includes in teaching the Word of God. Kevin and Bethany work as a team to see kids’s lives built on the solid rock of Jesus Christ. They also believe strongly in the Church body working together to reach children and families. Recruiting and developing children’s leaders is a joy and pleasure. Bethany and Kevin believe God can use kids today and every day for His great purpose.

Early Childhood Pastor

Joy Cole

Joy has served as M1A’s Early Childhood Pastor for over a decade. She is a graduate of Nelson University in Waxahachie, Texas. She came to know the Lord personally as a preschooler. She felt the Lord calling her into ministry as a child while at church camp. She began volunteering in children’s ministry as an early teen. It is because of these early encounters with the Lord that she so dearly loves children’s ministry.

It is her desire for kids to come to know the Lord at an early age. She believes even as preschoolers, kids can know and understand God’s love, mercy, and forgiveness. Joy is married to Chad Cole who serves along her at M1A. Together they love mentoring young adults and believe strong faith and strong families are vital in The Church. Together they have two sons, Caleb and Joshua.
