Who will care for my child while I am in Worship Service?

Each of our volunteers has completed a M1A Kids New Leader Orientation process, which includes hands-on training, thorough review of our safety and security policies, classes for First Aid and CPR certification and a background check. This detailed process ensures that we will provide your child with the best possible care in a safe and secure child-friendly environment.

How do I check my child in?

Check in can be completed at any check in station. If this is you or your child's first time, a loving and trained volunteer leader will greet you and help you with the process of signing your family into our system. You will be asked to provide us with a cell phone number that you have in your possession. In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will send you a text message. (Remember to leave your cell phone on vibrate/silence during the service.)

We will also ask that you fill out a “Baby Care” sheet to share pertinent information such as feeding instructions or other care needs so we can better care for your little one.
If your child cries, our caring volunteer leaders will immediately soothe your child. If your child cries for an extended period of ten minutes, we will text you. You and your child will receive a check-in tag specifically created for your child. To ensure their security, your child will not be released without presentation of your corresponding tag.

What is the M1A Well-Child Policy?

We operate a well-child environment. For the protection of all the children in our ministry, we cannot accept a child with a fever, rash, pink eye, persistent cough, diarrhea or if the child has vomited in the last 24 hours. You will be alerted if any signs of lice or the like is noticed and we will ask the child to be properly treated and free from the latter before returning to the Nursery. We request that you not place your child in the program while they are at risk of exposing other children. Thank you in advance for helping us to keep our M1A Babies program a healthy place!
